How To Schedule A Quarterly Strategy Meeting In Scale B.O.S.S.

Learn how to set up and coordinate quarterly strategy meetings using the Scale B.O.S.S. platform. This guide walks you through selecting participants, choosing meeting dates, and sending invitations to keep your team aligned.

1. Navigate to https://app.scaleboss.ai

2. Navigate to the Strategy page.

3. Select the "Quarterly Strategy Meeting" tab.

4. Click "Schedule Meeting."

5. Select the date and time for Day 1 of the quarterly strategy meeting.

6. Select the date and time for Day 2 of the quarterly strategy meeting, then select the appropriate time zone.

7. All Strategy members are invited by default. To add or remove participants, select the users you want to include or exclude from the invitation list.

8. Click the arrow button to move the selected users.

9. Optionally, enter a custom message to include with the calendar invitation.

10. Click "Schedule Both Days & Send Invites."

11. A "Meeting Scheduled" confirmation banner will appear, indicating that calendar invitations will be sent out shortly.

12. Your upcoming strategy meetings will now appear on this page.
