How to Give AI B.O.S.S. Contextual Awareness About Your Company

1. Navigate to https://app.scaleboss.ai

2. Click your profile icon.

3. Click "Settings."

4. Scroll down to the AI Context Information section and begin by entering a description of your business.

5. Click "Select target market..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

6. Click "Select geographic scope..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

7. Click "Employee Count" and choose the range that best applies to your company.

8. Click "Select business model..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

9. For example, select "Services (Professional/Consulting)" or whichever option best represents your company.

10. Click "Select revenue model..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

11. Click "Select funding stage..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

12. Click "Select profitability status..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

13. Click "Select sales channel..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

14. Click the "Primary Competitors" field and enter your primary competitors.

15. Click the "Key Challenges" field and enter your company's key challenges.

16. Click "Select CAC range..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

17. Click "Select CLV range..." and choose the option that best applies to your company.

18. Click the "Unique Value Proposition" field and enter your company's unique value proposition. Once complete, your AI context setup is finished!
